Locator Certification Workshop

This workshop will cover all aspects of the development of a hands-on test method designed to assess an underground utility locator’s command of the locating instrument.

Other topics include a web-based assessment tool addressing other aspects of locating and marking, a national database of
certified locators, requirements for re-certification, and observation of a live certification test.
